Is it allowed to use any FPS counter like MSI afterburner in-game?

Hello In Game Name-SAMEER_FUDDI ,Playing Server 2
so today at in game time 9:42 i ordered my car and took 100mg ammo from it to auction it when i typed /auction command mg 100 ammo was not listed in it so i thought it as a glitch and i relogged and boom my 100mg gone plz refund asap
(i checked in gun locker and it is not there)
I checked my ping myping was 184 and pl was 0.05%

ALPHA79 showed up there but he did not talk about my thread :(

he is not answering me anything

administrator ALPHA 79 banned me for reason that i am sharing my account i agree that i was talking to a random guy who was asking for gf so i was pretending to be a girl and i was talking to him at that conversation i said that i am girl and my brother gave me account i was just making fun with him why you banned me ?? please unban ASAP!” i have reposted it because my last thread was closed
