yeah i did change it in settings now it gives a new account and didn't give my progress back

anyone admins can help me get my old account back, I just changed my name in fivem2 then when try to open it it gives an new account, it didn't give me the old one, I tried to open over in over again but it give the new one can anyone help

my fivem2 bugged when i open its black screen then when i try to suicide its back to normal but i cant do anything. what's happening ?

why i always got kicked for high ping but my internet is good ? what's happening ?
