I'm not an admin so I cannot make any actions, but throughout the 5 years I have played this server this was a common issue. Sometimes the admin may make some unfair decisions and its usually the case they didn't see it or cannot understand the different language. The best advice I can give is to be the bigger man and ignore them, they want to make you angry and retaliate, that's their goal.

Ability to leave Congress by paying a certain amount of money.

Unfortunately winning congress has turned me off playing by getting wanted every few minutes.

Meows account has been stolen for over a month now, you gave meows password to soney. You had constant communication with soney and was even transferring money over.

You know exactly why you are banned, you stole meow's account with Soney and assisted him. There's nothing else to say about that. Until this is solved you will not be unbanned. Message me to to get updates, thanks.

I will reply for Madds since he will say the exact same thing, you will not be let off for using cheats on the server. If you attempt to ban evade your account will be deleted. Everyone gets the same punishment and gets the same options.
As everyone above said, if you want to play on the server earlier than your ban release you must purchase it from the game shop. Otherwise there is no other alternative other than waiting the 30 days. All the best.

You don't appear to be banned, so i'm unsure why you think you would be banned for Aimbot. Try restart your router and reply as soon as possible. Thanks!

Just to clear things up for other admins/players, I did not kick anyone for this reason. I also don't see how i'm and unfair admin if that's what you meant, if not, I apologize. You asked if it was allowed, maybe instead I should of said its not possible but did not see it as a big deal. Do you know when this kick was? I can look it up for you, thanks!

If you are playing from home, change you router password.

This is a childish argument, I went through all the logs. Yes he is calling you an Indian but thats not being racist. Use /ignore or sort it out between eachother.

By admin Phoenix, to avoid all confusion is in fact me. I did a test by placing a bounty on myself, to try find some locate hackers. I hid inside a building texture, with no icon on map. It is completely impossible to see where i am. Now, you came straight to that building (That you cannot enter) and hovered around it. Not to mention just running into the building for a while. I do not ban without a solid reason to.
Now, considering you have only 11 hours and is a new player you will be given a second chance on my part. Please be sure to remove any sort of hacks. You may now join the server.

This is not a server side bug, so he has posted this thread in the correct place. As for the problem you are having. Take a look in the folder "Screens" located C:Users/Username/Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP/screens If you screenshots are not there, the only thing i can really suggest is to reinstall SA-mp.
