Its not straightly a bug but some problem. New R3 client have Avast alert when I press "Connect". One or two first times after release server start like normal, and now all time show IDP. ALEXA.51' I tried reinstall it many times. R2 works normal. https://i.imgur.com/WUwROAz.jpg

Should I set compatibility With 98/ME?

Hello. If theres no drive-by as a driver on S2, clipsize shouldn't change to 50% on dual weapons like micro or tec after player quit car or bike.
