Chainsaw on wtls are lag shot, not skin shot, this is why Spirous didn't get damaged/stunned when you try to chainsaw him. next time think again before posting a video

Gipson is right its a glitch I also try to Chainsaw many ppl and they slip away its because we got high ms than them so it's just illusion that we are near him actually he is far from us.

It is not any cheat or any lag abuse, it is "glitch" of samp, on his screen you wasn't near him with chainsaw.
