Because many Arabic players were causing trouble on s1 and s4 (cheating, bug abusing, scamming, breaking chat rules, etc.), simple as that. And nowadays they still cause a lot of trouble on s2 and s3. Quite frankly I wouldn't mind if those restrictions were applied to s2 and s3 as well.

Certain countries, especially Arabic countries, are permanently blocked on s1 and s4. As far as I know Algeria is also on that list. Nothing can be done about that, it was niCe's decision, presumably because players from those countries were causing a lot of trouble.

I was flying in a Hydra when I suddenly lost connection a few minutes ago, I was able to reconnect to the server but my Hydra was nowhere to be found. I asked DangerClose and he told me to make a thread here since the Hydra was already despawned according to him. My Hydra was (almost) full health when it despawned. My IGN is Archjun on s2.

Lost minigun again and some molotovs between 17:00 and 18:00, after relogging. I did feel some lags but the same time I noticed numerous other players complaining about server lag. Lost around 30 minigun ammo and a bunch of molotovs, can any admin tell me if a refund is possible? And if yes, can this be refunded too additionally, since the total value would now exceed $500,000? My IGN is Archjun on server 2.

Try contacting niCe privately, as he is the one in charge of payments. I have never had this issue when making a payment (I always use PayPal).

Jalla won't mute you if you simply follow the server rules. You were also muted for disobeying staff by Greg (if I recall correctly) afterwards because you kept arguing in chat, you are not allowed to impeach decisions of staff members. Bear in mind that your chances of becoming a staff member only decreases further this way.

As far as I know we are not allowed to share the server password with others.

Cut your nonsense please. Player of the month contest, token rewards and bonuses for non-stop playing are easily abused by players who go afk for hours without being punished, it's creating too much money. Summer bonuses can be lowered too, surely you don't mind playing the game if bonuses are a little lower, right?
