its a bug alot players lost it on s2 i think cause of that server restart

Hello my in game is masinac , my brother is chop just to clear it at the start because of the next statements.
Today 1.15.2025 i played samp around 4 am against some people with high pings i reported 2 times but ntohing , nvm then colonel_wantap goes afk 2 times in midle of chainsaw i report nitrox says im on it but first report nothing , why i say all this is because he is not judging objectivly cause he hates my brother choP for some reasons that are unfamiliar to me. He muted me today for some bad word , but when Hardz was pming me u ///// european involving racism he says nothing.Here are proof just he /q in midle of combat. Also he is very arogant towards me and my brother because we are maybe better in PvP than him ??? i mean that is funny by him being admin and someone to be an example for other players.

By changing time for trains to respawn from 5 minutes to 10 , the trains are dead now , no more battles for trains.
Should go back to 5 mins so the players have 1 more feature to grind and play about , cops , gangs , trains , ships , but trains are kinda dead now so think about that.
