It's because of SA-MP. Not by the server. SA-MP uses a lot of resources and hence the sounds get removed.

Downgrading doesn't mean to fix crashes. First downgrade it and then install those two. They will fix the crashes for sure.

Yes, you just have to downgrade it. You can search it on YouTube because I don't know much about it since I don't have the original version. For the solution to fix the crash, reinstall a clean game and install Silent's ASI Loader and Silent Patch. With these two mods, my game never crashed for 2 years.

Add the ability to locate offices manually. Like /gps > Office > Office No. instead of locating the nearest one.

They are meant to be fragile. The server doesn't support DMing and that's why their health is low, only to give a chance to the victim to protect themselves by their skills.

If you didn't spam the word, you wouldn't be muted.
