That issue also happened to me but it only worked on one new member i recently hired, none of the bonuses that i gave him did anything but everything else worked just fine

I like all of these except the thing where lead directors can starts CCs and the org war thing
I don't really think having orgs be able to war against eachother becouse that would just become a gang war where org members don't need to consent to join
Organizations should be made for doing ceo jobs, challanges and having fun with other members not fighting against other organizations

I don't think that is a really good idea since many people don't have a sta le internet connection and they would be frequently kicked and we also have a system for that anyway

This org feature is a bit unnecessary becouse all it would allow people to do is to fight with eachother and gain nothing out of it. The rest of the suggestions are good
