Delete all your mods

Delete all computer files, then take the computer out side with a baseball bat and hit it 30-40 times, then you will need some petrol and a lighter, pour the petrol on the computer and use the lighter to set it on fire, make sure you have permission from your parents first! Let the fire die out then pour some water on it to cool it down. Take the computer back inside and plug it in. Reinstall your windows and samp and the problem should be fixed! Let me know if it worked

Delete all gta and samp data from your computer and reinstall it!
