Please tell me how did he got inside there?
GTA: San Andreas
He was shooting from there and cops couldn't even get close to him. Cause there was no legal way to get inside. I'm sure he was using a glitch or hack or using any game weakness to get inside there to make chaos. Which is unfair to other normal players.... (more)

So there was a lift? Oh, I still haven't found it. Whatever the other cops around the building also didn't have any clue to get inside at the moment so that made this even more suspicious for me. Not only that if the criminal knew about the lift so he should have realized any cops can get inside to catch him so why did he go inside? You guys got my point right?
