Hello , As i noticed the TeamSpeak client and gta-mp.cz server there , is it the same as WTLS for samp and can it be played cross clients ? And if not the same server , what is it about? and does it have country restrictions , Can i join it ? Thanks !

If I'm being honest, not many people use team speak, you should probably join the discord server, it's much more active and better in general.
