The servers are working fine. The connection issue is on your side, your network connection may be fine to play youtube, browser internet etc but not to play samp. Like I have mentioned above, this happends due packetloss. Ping latency and packetloss are two different things. For now please contact your ISP for network questions and ask them to help you improve your connection to online gaming servers since we can't do anything at this point as its not a server sided issue.
Thank you for understanding, for further questions about this topic please message me on web and il explain it to you privately to avoid this thread getting a mess.
“YAH this pocked loss promblem not for him only,me too have this issu so pls admins Fix it”“It happens very randomly as well, if i have good pl for a few days then my pl would be bad for the next few days and repeat. ”

Hello,
Your location is far away from the host. Get a better internet connection, use cable connection or use 5g in order to fix it. Contact your ISP to see what they can do.
Please do not create threads regarding ping issues on server if it's a global issue from server then we will make an announcement regarding this.
This will be the answer provided from the staff team here after if threads are created on this topic.

Hello guys, it sometimes happen due to the way ISP routes packet data to servers in eu. It happened to me few weeks ago. Unfortunately, you cant do anything, you have to wait for traffic to clear. It will be solved soon. Please contact your ISP. If you need more help you can always dm me.

i used ethernet cable it fixed my problem by 99% now the chance of this thing happening is 1% try ethernet cable to connect to wifi and if u are using phone data then use usb to connect phone to pc then go to phones settings click on inter connection etc whatever it is called then click on usb therthering it will connect phone data to pc by the usb cable.

Try to connect with the cable to the PC and check if you accidentally download something and have problems with the Internet, maybe even check OneDrive if you have it.

I think that if you have your SA folder stored in OneDrive it takes 4x the time to transfer data because it takes you the time to communicate from Device - OneDrive server + the time it takes for your client to communicate with the game server

Packet loss happens due to many causes
1- network congestion: overloaded routers or net connections.
2- distance from server: playing on distant servers increases latency.
3- wireless interference: Wi Fi signal interference from other devices.
4- outdated drivers: Old network adapter drivers etc..
*
Some possible solution: network optimization:
1- check internet speed: ensure minimum 10mbps upload/download.
2- Disable background apps: close UNNECESSARY programs.
3- restart router: regular restarts resolve congestion.
4- update firmware: latest router or modem firmware.
Some gaming settings& additional solutions:
* lower graphics settings: reduce packet transmission.
* regularly update networks drivers and firmware, monitor internet usage and avoid overcrowding networks. Organize my own message and make it shorter. I hope it would help you
