Try to use a different client. Like if you are using SA-MP, try using OpenMP once. Reverse the method if you are using OpenMP. It worked for me.

The servers are working perfectly fine. You are probably having packetloss which is causing this issue. therefore you need to fix it yourself, there is nothing we can do about it. I suggest you to use an ethernet cable in order to get a much more stable connection to the server, if that is not working either reach out to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as they will be able to help you.

The servers work without errors, it is possible that you have a bad connection to the Internet, have you tried to connect the PC with a cable or to restart the router and then enter WTLS again?
