celldweller FiveM1 I've purchased 90 days premium for FiveM 1 but it didnt activate when I logged in, I am without premium even though it should be active Possible mistake on my side is that I didn't log to my FiveM after the purchase until today (couple of weeks passed) and maybe because of it my purchase wasn't processed. If that's the case, I wasn't aware of it and I thought it would immediately take affect upon using shop. Am i elgible for any refund? If it was a case of 5 days only I wouldn't mind but I'm losing 3 months of premium here so therefore I'd appreciate if it could be done.

Isn't is possible that you linked your account after the premium purchase?

No, my FiveM 1 account has been linked since 2023 and I don't recall unlinking it and linking it back again. My only guess is that my premium didnt activate in game is because I haven't joined the game after the purchase until today. I played in other servers, like SAMP 3 and Fivem2 and also had premium purchases for these servers and had no problem getting premium there.

This is really strange, on your account there is still 270 days of premium that wasn't added to your account. Can you please try reconnecting, whether it applies next time you connect?
