Hello, I have a question about something. I have been punished twice recently because I rammed a person to stop him to kill him, but he ran away from me. I read that the server rules do not prohibit killing, so I wanted to stop his car to kill him. Is this against the server rules?

If you are ramming to stop players from driving to kill them for aboustly no reason, then yes it against the rules because you are harassing them.

i know mate but i want kill him bec he killed me a lot of times on the server without mentioning his name
but i get punished without hearing anything from me only when he reports me i get punished quickly
so i wont be punished until moderator nitroshi sees whats happening bec this the second time happened to me
I have complete confidence in our community management i just want to ask
i hope this is acceptable from me

It is not the first time you are being reported for harassing and ramming players repeatedly. Please start taking control of your anger.
You are not punished for killing, but for constantly ramming and stalking players, which is forbidden by the rules. The stalking rule was recently added to rule 3. Please be aware of this and comply with it from now on.
The punishment by NITROSHI is correct.
