If you didn't link your account in web then you cant get your password back.But the admins can help you in this case to get your password back,try to PM admins who are online in web,Hope this helped you.

As your account is not linked, its likely it has been auto deleted if you havent played on it in a while. Also due to not linking you cant get a new password. I suggest when you next play the server you type /link and ensure you dont get this problem again. As i cant translate whatever you said im hoping this solves your question.
