Obviously, I have premium account 30 days, you can see it at my purchases or I have proof that I can chat here at web. But in game, I can't use those benefits of being a premium account like /M4 /hide /color etc. I'd try'd so many times to relog but nothing happen! I waited for 5 hours or 6 hours before restart in server. after the restarting in server, nothing happened again. Please fix it, thanks! Sorry for bad english. Just understand it well.

Hello! Are you sure that it’s the right server that you’re trying to use Premium Account Benefits? Try clicking here to see exactly on which server you got your Premium Account. It might help you.

Hmm, what about you try /purchased and then try to see if there is Premium Account or something? If there is, click on it and you will obtain it.
