Today i won a premium account from random packages,when i received it was ok, i was able to change colors / text colors and use some features, Then i reloged and i saw that i lost everything... i spoked with jessiJJ and he told me to expose here at the forum for a refound. The only way you couldve lost premium is if the server rolled back or you were lagging like shit while opening your package. Wait for a staff member to reply!

No the server didnt rolled back, and i was with normal ping, normal connection

You had to be lagging then, theres just no other way as far as I know

But is weird bc i used commands and so on
