I found bug on s3 server... When automatically remove builds on road this both bots together no remove. See here:

Hello. I can't do ceo works in Office 13 in San Fierro, every time I start a ceo work then get oustide the office, the car gets immediately destroyed. I keep on trying but on the 5th time same results. Hope you can fix this. Thank you

This bug happened to me too it got fixed after 30 mins of waiting, so I suggest you to keep trying or do ceo work on other office
