You can post on perma banned players wall and see their wall after you post a comment, that wasn't happening before.
Before it's shows "you can't post on this user's wall", now after you post your 'comment', his wall shows and if you refresh the page, you have to post another comment to see his wall posts.

In-game server time is not tied to the time displayed on the web
I have 159 hours on S2 gta but the web only displays 130 ish hours

The web shows the gaming time you played after you have linked your account, the hours you played before linking will not add up.
The web shows the gaming time you played after you have linked your account, the hours you played before linking will not add up.
159 hours is your complete gaming-time (from the time that you've registered an account on the server).
130 hours is the time you have played with a linked account.
This means you have played 29 hours without having your account linked.
Not a bug.

Looks like the [cheers] emoji has been removed.
It can't be found in emoji box. All the instances where it was previously used, are now showing only [cheers].
