You can report the player and we will deal with it, so you fell in their trap you've got muted. Instead of making drama in the chat and calling someone the CAVEMAN and involving their countries in the main chat you can simply report them to us because we can miss some messages in the chat.

I really dont think that /report is usefull. I have reported the same player like a month ago for calling me rat. An admin rejected my report and told me to /ignore him

It's useful trust me, you've been muted because you was reported! Everyone from the ADMIN TEAM is punishing players when they use the word "RAT" insult someone after killing/running etc.
Please kindly wait for a Lead+ replay or another admin for the final replay.

I have actually reported many times but never saw the reported player get muted so i guess /report is "broken" for me

You are experienced enough to know that if your report gets rejected even though it might be correct you have the option to report on website.
