i had normal phone(purple one 20 tokens)
and now i bought the touch screen now.. it comes BLUE, ok...
then i return the old one and it didnt come puprle, it was normal one... ok
then i have to buy the touch screen again? so now i am down 40 tokens? wtf

When you buy a new phone, the color will be set to the default one, as mentioned in this thread.

Phone colors are one time purchases, just like the fighting style upgrades, house interior upgrades and vehicle upgrades for example. The option to purchase it remains due the fact you might wanna change it later to a different color. You could have asked our /helpers ingame or in main chat of how the colored phone upgrades works. We would have explained it kindly to you without any doubt.
Sadly we cannot refund you in this case as it is your own fault. Next time please ask these questions to others if you are not sure about it so this issue will not happen again. Please message me on web if you have further questions.
