Limit org directors to 5 so only true members get it not eversingle member

All the suggestions are peak but i think the CFO role would be better off called "Chairman" or "Senior Director"
And i don't think limiting the number of directors is really needed becouse the problem is solved by the CFO role already

It should be Like an police npc comes to jail and you get teleported to an completely seperate Police interior then you follow him(you cant run or anything)then you get taken to the room in police station where the safe is and then u will get shot by police simple u dead now and will spawn after jail time ends.
(The jail time will keep running during the whole process and the death penalty should only be given for these crimes: Murder, Manslaughter, Terrorist Activity (Toreno Missions), Treason(Killing an Congressmen) Attempt to Murder(Almost Killing any player).
The death penalty would make the jail experience better and not boring.
Also an addition that we should be able to sweep through jail floors and fix police cars in garage if jail time over than 3 minutes.
Sweep animation from an Heist and Broomstick Item, /wash animation and screwdriver or Wrench item.
All these activities in same police interior but you can get out of the interior.

Abusing and sometimes it takes us to fight them but we are earning mental points

In restocking car workshop parts, supply runs should give more than the current value (currently 1 per run). I think making it 3 per run would be much better, as restocking supplies sort of takes much time in case of having 6 car slots (maybe 3 supplies per 1 run could be a reward for unlocking higher capacity?)

- Make all jobs using vehicles with multiple seats cooperable with other players (like cargo pilot, pilot, military pilot...)
- Give RP to all jobs when you are doing it with other players (around 20 RP, more for longer jobs and less for faster jobs.)
- When you're helping someone to complete a daily objective or epsilon mission requiering another player, give around 200RP per skill/mission/activity
This changes would encourage to play with other players and less alone

I have noticed many new players struggling to get partner for daily objective, now this would actually encourage people to help out others with their daily objective, Great suggestion.

First, the Chief and Gang Leader kick should be more impactful—either by increasing the kick duration to 1 hour or, alternatively, keeping it at 5 minutes but reducing the cooldown to 30 minutes. This change would encourage lower-ranked players to respect leadership roles, as the current 5-minute kick isn’t taken seriously and often leads to chaos within the teams. Additionally, I propose adding an undercover police vehicle, specifically a Huntley, which would blend in as a civilian car. This would allow us to conduct sting operations and trap criminals by posing as fake lawyers or civilians, adding depth and creativity to police gameplay. Lastly, increasing the number of police Cheetahs to two per station would greatly improve response times during high-speed chases and reduce frustration for officers trying to do their jobs effectively. These changes would overall enhance the realism and enjoyment of playing as a cop or gang leader on the server.

i agree on the 1 hour police and gang kick as it will be more respected and the higher ranks would be more worthy to get , but the cooldown on kicking should be increased if the kick duration increased , exemple : 1 hour kick with 4 hour cd or 30 minutes kick with 2 hours
values could be set by the developper but it's a good idea in general i support it
