Add Command for Duels /duel (player id) then the menu to select gun and wager should open.
Add Command /stolen for police Chiefs to check stolen vehicles.
Add command /revenue for Gang members (minimum rank Treasurer require to use it) so That the Treasurer seceratry or gang boss can check how much gang revenue is generated to collect for them.
Armour at Gang Hq for Bosses.
Add Command /pl to check your own Packetloss.(Not other player)
Police Commander should be able to give Commands to junior police ranks using /order (the thing he wants them to do) the message will display in team chat and notification for juniors.
Cops should be able to start Drug Missions where they go to a random Gang Hq and Cocaine factory or whatever it is called and delever it to another Gang Hq or Docks container.
The cop can do this mission every hour and would pay 100k, there is a 40% chance the gang member or factory guy is undercover and your license of cop get canceled for 30mins.

All the suggestions are great except the /stolen command
The command would make it nearly impossible for someone to drive around in a street vehicle without getting gunned down by the first cop that notices them

There arent many chiefs online at same time in wtls so it wont be that bad not every cop can do that.

Do you guys want from staff and admins to add odometer in SAMP servers,to track reached kilometers in car?

- Removing kicking for deathmatching and continously killing Maniacs and Psychopaths.
- Remove getting mental when you are attacking or killing Psychopaths.
- Killing Maniac players should give 1 instead of 5 mental, and Deranged 5 instead for 10.
These changes would make deathmatchers less protected from deathmatching. Plus, in /stats there is "Maniac and Psychopaths killed" in kills. It would make more sens if we couldn't get banned for killing them.
- Remove getting mental for attacking or killing players with a bounty. -> 100K for 10 mental isn't worth it (mental clinic is currently 800K for 20 mental). Plus, there is a cooldown of 10 hours to /hit so you couldn't abuse it.
- Set a minimum witness protection fine of 200K instead of 50K, but a maximum of 1M.
- Change the price of witness protection to 40K instead of 4K, but for unlimited time until you cancel it or kill a player.

Not gonna lie, first suggestion is what I feel that we need most.
Because, sometimes during monigames like triathlons i can't let the other person know about it when he PMs me, this would be such a great feature.

-1.. That would probably be abused, as people would start deathmatching more and use Mg and RPG all the time since they'd have in mind they would be able to retrieve every weapon no matter what.
The weapons already drop when u die, u can go and retrieve them if ur quick, and that's good enough already.

Ping doesn't really matter in this case, because there are some asian countries which gets ping right between 150-200, as it depends on distance from server.

The fact that ping can't be changed, doesn't mean that it doesn't affect in fights. Ping Is measured in Ms, which means that it's time. If some1 had 300 ping and you got 50, it means he is 250 Ms behind his actual showed position on your screen. 1/4 of a second delay is way too noticeable to be ignored.

If you have stable internet, ping and packetloss, what's there to complain about? Not everyone has this luxury. Also, English servers are meant to be worldwide and you are not the one deciding which country should join gangs. A lot of server players are Asians including myself. This suggestion would practically kill gangs just because players have more than 150 ping due to their location.

Dude if we have stable connection and others not it means they can kill us normally but we cant kill normally them, ur helper u should know that basic stuff
