I have been scammed by one person and i have reported but ingame they reduced my money for lending money to a scammer i didnt even know he was a scammer then why my money got reduced?

Your money was deducted because you failed to read server rules and messages that warn you that lending money is forbidden.
You reported someone for scamming you but you weren't fully sure they scammed you. That is indeed clever.

The case was dealt with perfectly, Just because you were scammed doesn't stop the fact that you've lent him the money by your own consent, which is a rule-break.
