What happened to the SAMP website? I can no longer find the website on the internet. The official SAMP website is not up, can anyone please tell me what happened?

Not by rockstar probably, they don't care about this game anymore. SA-MP is just getting old and we cant see anymore hosted & internet tab servers anyway

Rockstar has no reason to go after SAMP, it's an old game and they gain nothing from shutting it down. If you're concerned because of them buying FiveM, don't worry. that's a different case. FiveM is a competitor to GTA Online and it generates a lot of money, they bought it so they could have no competition. (and they didn't shut it down either, so no reason to worry about nothing)
Rockstar has no reason to go after SAMP, it's an old game and they gain nothing from shutting it down.

If you're concerned because of them buying FiveM, don't worry. that's a different case. FiveM is a competitor to GTA Online and it generates a lot of money, they bought it so they could have no competition. (and they didn't shut it down either, so no reason to worry about nothing)

Kalcor, the developer of SA-MP client: he always took multiple breaks from SA-MP and it's development (but still he came back and upgraded the client). He first removed the SA-MP forums and changed the forums to "achieve" then later as far as I remember he removed forums completely (not sure). At multiple occasions he said he won't likely continue developing SA-MP cause he thought it's not worth it. Most probably, he decided to shut down the website as well (who knows).

You got your answer. You can download SA:MP client from that website or on our website: DOWNLOAD GAME CLIENT - (0.3.7 R4). Dismiss of the master list will not affect our SA:MP servers, our SA:MP servers will continue to exist.
