it is clear he was using paramedic advantage for seeing u and yes paramedic can see hidden players if they are low on HP ;)

Nobody will take action, because you reported it, and actually posted in PUBLICLY on web community. I doubt if he has cheats, but even if he had some, he won't probably use them now since your stupid reactions to video. Players can find anyone, anywhere. Luck, all of a sudden, coincidence, something you've written on mainchat, private messages, etc. Even that, you don't have full HP.

If you used hacks, doesn't mean that everyone is cheating. We are doing our best to catch cheaters, and send them on a vacation for 30 days, but videos like this won't help.
